YOUR  LEGAL RIGHTS AND OPTIONS IN THIS LAWSUIT

This is the only option that allows you to bring your own lawsuit against Defendant related to the Lamination Fees charged by Ohio Deputy Registrars on or after July 2, 2018 through July 2, 2019.

DO NOTHING

If you remain in the Class and do not exclude yourself, then you will be legally bound by any judgment in this case.

Defendant denies all wrongdoing in this case. Whether or not Defendant is liable for any injuries has not yet been determined. The Court in charge of this lawsuit will decide whether Defendant is liable to Class members at some point in the future.
